Oh, testers often use a canned report too, and only change the name, data and key points at the end. I've seen several reports that switch names halfway through! I've also seen a report that tried to take advantage of the edit feature, only they also changed all of their Woodcock Johnsons to Woodcock Nameofkidsons, LOL!
Another interesting one for us was my daughter's CAPD report. Hers did the name change halfway through, but ironically
it was her sister's name!! What a coincidence, as sister had never been tested there.
Psychs are human too....very busy ones at times. I loved the time I got to point out a scoring error in one of my IEP meetings (more a typo of switched index scores). The psych was out sick, and the stand in was not skilled on her own, nor was she too pleased about accepting parental input. It was a sweet moment for me when I was proven right,
