how do you get an avatar?

Go to the top of the page. Select "My Stuff" and "Profile." At the very bottom is the place to select an avatar.

Click on my stuff then go to profile. Scroll all the way down to the end where it says avatar. Click on use stock avatar then there is a link I think that says somthing like choose.
A pop up window comes up with pictures. There is a teensy arrow at the bottom of the page which I missed the first time, that allows you to scroll through different pages.

LOL that was the most obvious placed and I even looked there but must not have scrolled all the way to the bottom.
